2014 CORODUR FLEX 80 2K-PUA intermediate coating

CORODUR FLEX 80 s a wear protection, absorption, traction and torsion layer. The coating is characterized by very high abrasion resistance (BAW certificate). This applies to dry and wet loads. In combination with Hardener A-2528 for 2K-CORODUR FLEX 80 or Hardener H5 wall for 2K-CORODUR TOP, layer thicknesses of up to 500 μm can be achieved in one application by brushing or rolling. In combination with the fast recoatability, wear protection coatings several millimetres thick can be applied efficiently without special coating equipment, even in unfavourable weather conditions.
The product is available with two different hardeners:
Hardener A-2528
Standard hardener for use as a wear protection coating.Available in white and light gray (tinting is possible for larger requirements).
CORODUR Hardener H5 range
Hardener with increased hardness and better resistance to various chemicals.Available in various colors for coating floors (self-leveling) or walls (thixotropic). The self-levelling setting is also available "antibacterial" and thus reduces the existing germ count on the surface by > 99 % (according to test method JIS Z 2801 certified by Testlabor Dr. Lehmann GmbH, Germany).
